This behavior may occur if you use a Logitech mouse and the version of the Logitech MouseWare program that is installed on the computer is outdated. This behavior is known to occur with Logitech MouseWare versions 9.10 and 9.24.

To resolve this behavior, remove the Logitech MouseWare program from the computer and then update to the latest version of Logitech MouseWare.

This problem occurs when a browser announcement frame is incorrectly processed by the server message block (SMB) redirector. The SMB redirector tries to run code that is paged out and that cannot be paged in at the current interrupt request (IRQ) level.

This problem may occur because the OHCI endpoint is unable to find the transfer descriptor in the list.
Which operating system are you using ?

If you are using Windows XP, then to resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows XP.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products. This problem was first corrected in Windows XP Service Pack 1.
