Calculate Linux Desktop 9.5 released

Hey Guys! The new version of Calculate Linux Desktop Edition is out. The new version is 9.5 and there are many noticable changes. Read this :

Language support extended

The number of supported languages now include: English, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Russian, Ukrainian and French.

System fast booting
  • convert to LZMA booting disk pattern compression
  • convert to OpenRC Services Management System
  • installation support on ext4 file system service added

Simplified installation
  • When you boot from DVD there is no longer user password guest required.
  • Livecd root-disk root-user password is replaced by root. When installing the system and sshd launching password check is added.

  • Languagetool extension added to OpenOffice grammar check.
  • Cuneiform-Qt a graphical interface for Cuneiform OCR systems added.
  • Kdenlive video editing program added.
  • QStarDict replaced StarDict.

Desktop Environment : KDE4.2.2
Linux Kernel : Kernel
OpenOffice : OpenOffice 3.0.1
Window Manager : X.Org 7.4.
