I am using windows 7 system at my office. My colleagues use to see my PC when i am not there in my user account. Many times the use to misuse the documents that i worked on from recently opened documents history. So i wanted to know is there any way i can clear this history every time i shut down the PC ?

Its very simple, you can do that from Local group Policy Editor. Just follow this steps to do that:-

    1. Go to Start menu, and type gpedit.msc in the search line and press Enter.

    2. If prompted by UAC, click on Continue.

    3. Now go to this folder : User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Start Menu and Taskbar.

    4. once you got to this folder, you will find 'Clear history of recently opened documents on exit' in the right pane, just double click on it.

    5. Select the Enabled option and click Ok.

    6. Close the Local group Policy Editor and you are done.

Have you tried changing the attributes of your *.eml files and then seeing if you are able to delete them. Remember to close your mail client first and then try to delete it, otherwise it will give error. If they are in the same folder run this from CMD:
    ATTRIB -r -s -H /S /D C:\YourFolderPath\YourFolder\*.eml
    DFI LANPARTY SLI-DR
    AMD 64 x2 4800+
    OCZ (2 x 512) DDR600
