Getting error message when launching applications

I have a problem launching a new application. It gives me this message

load lang.xml failed

and after closing this message I would have another

load stylers.xml failed

I also closed the main page of Notepad++ but the same messages opens up!

How to get rid of this error messages?

When I got 1st message 'load lang.xml failed' I clicked on INPUT, I got the 2nd message 'load stylers.xml failed'. I did the same, clicked on INPUT. I found after clicking on the button input in the page notepad++; knowing that I have just purchased this unit

This is your notepad++ application that is causing you the problem. Simply do the following:

1. Re-install notepad++ in another windows account.
2. Replace the file (0 KB) C:\Documents and Settings\your_acount\Application Data\Notepad++\config.xml
by (5 KB) C:\Documents and Settings\new_acount\Application Data\Notepad++\config.xml
