Windows 7 does not install display driver

Hey Guys!
I have Windows 7 build 7077 installed in my system. But i don't have graphics driver for it... I thought Windows 7 has driver support for all the drivers automaticaaly and there is no need to install drivers but my display driver is not recognised..! My motherboard is intel 865G Help Guys! Thanks in advance...!

You can download the intel 865G drivers for Windows 7 from intel's website... Well you need to download the drivers for windows vista and install it on the Windows 7 machine... Windows 7 takes all the available drivers automatically. Intel 865G seems to be a older motherboard so Windows 7 did not have the driver in its default database...! All the best...!

Thanks for taking some time to replyin to my query... But i have a big problem... I downloaded Windows Vista drivers and installed it on my Windows 7 machine... Now the graphics seems good. But the problem is i can't enable Aero feature... I mean Aero effect doesn't come. I know how it looks as i have it on the other computer...! Can anyone help me with this..! Thanks Again..!

I did a little searching and found out a lot of people complaining about the Aero feature with Intel 865G video driver... Well you're going to be sadly disappointed. Your video chipset is not supported by windows 7 Aero...! All you can do is buy a Graphics card...! All the best..!

please please please someone who have downloaded the driver for intel desktop board 865 gbf graphic driver please upload or post a link where to download that driver i need the driver for windows 7 ultimate my graphic card is intel r 865g 96 mb

You can find these driver for intel desktop board 865 gbf graphic on google but then also i am giving you a link which has all the driver of intel. You can download drivers from the link given below

thank you for the link but when i visit that link that you have post no driver dowload is available there says that the intel is not planing to make any driver for windows 7 for this mother board graphic card so ,i have read many post founded in the google in the other forums when they say that they are using older graphic card than my,someone who can do anything about it ..............

Hello there, there are many problems and incompatibilities with the Windows 7 operating system. If your problem is not getting solved, I suggest you to format the system and install another operating system like Windows Vista because it has almost the same features as Windows 7.

I give the best idea for you. You go on google search and enter intel 865g chipset drivers for windows7 then you can get more link. I am sure you will learn more link. Now I just installed in on my Dell Dimension 3,000 running Win7 Ultimate and it worked fine.

You can directly download it from Intel's official site as well. Simply visit this site.. Or you can go to the Intel's Download Center, go step by step, fill the fields about your laptop/desktop, chipset, operaring system, etc.. and finally click download.

Still didnt find any drivers compatible with Windows 7.. (Using Xp now..)
Those Vista Drivers do work for win-7 bt the aero feature dosent work... nor the games which use Open Gl..
Are there any modded drivers which force's open gl ?

I was also going to recommend you to go to check Intel's site for drivers but the problem is that they dont have any Windows 7 or Windows Vista driver for the intel 865g chipset drivers that dates back to year 2005. Hence what you need to do is get a video card with PCI connection which will be able to support the aero features on the same intel chipset.

Just get a 1gb graphics Card Which Can cost 3000INR.......!!!!!! Im also with the same problem......!

You will find your driver on Intel official site. You just need to check, there you will find your driver download it and update it. it will work.
