I am not very sure about this but then you can check out in the below location
    C:\Windows\Branding\Basebrd\en-US\basebrd.dll.mui
And check out for the String folder and file name “English (United States).rc” and see if you are able to edit the same by opening it in notepad and then saving it. I have not tried out the same but then the folder is there in the Windows 7 Professional and I think that it can be changed, so if you want then you can try it out but then make sure that you are creating a restore point so that you don’t run in to any issues further.

I have checked out for the same and I have found that there is one free tool called “Windows Info Box Editable” which can help you in changing the System Information easily, after getting this app you will just have to run its .exe file and then you will get a box where you will have to enter the information that you are willing to change and then click on next parameter. You can edit Windows edition, processor name, RAM, System Type, Computer name, full computer name etc using this tool.
