Mac os address book Printing envelopes

I can not able to use "address book" to print an envelope. All other prints are available (lists, labels, address books pocket) there is that the envelopes do not print.
I checked the printer, the permissions are also checked.
I am sure that it is a thing of nothing which is not parametrized, but I do not see where it comes from. If someone has a solution, a track, well thank you!

Address Book 4.0.6 Mac Os 10-4-11 iMAC G5 PPC and Intel (same on both machines) For info, a G4 with the same operating system and the same version of "address book" works correctly.

Have you tested with -other books (another session)? or changing the plist book?

This is the same version of "Address Book" but the files are specific to each user.
