    How to Edit Group Policies

I need to change program by the value of a field in the group policies. The easiest way would be in the registry to change the associated value.

The field in question. "Administrative Templates / Network / QosPacketSceduler / DSCP value of conforming packet / controlled load service type"

If I open the dialog box Group Policy "run: pgedit.msc" and I "controlled load service type" enable a default value is 24 (0x1a)
This action has the effect of adding an entry in the registry under the key "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Policies \ Microsoft \ Windows \ Psched \ DiffservBytesMappingConforming" which is set to 24 (0x1a).

If I change the registry and that I met such a value 32 (0x20)

In the Group Policy dialog remains at 24. I checked and the DSCP field of IP is still a 24. The same primer you restart the computer.

So how do I change this value without using the dialog box Group Policy

    Thank you

I thought I read somewhere that it was impossible for security reasons: If it's true, any change in the Group Policies requires human intervention.

Obviously it is possible ( "impossible" is not an answer because everything is possible in Win32, but that is often out beginners Win32 ...)
Here, just use the GPO (not the updater bdr directly, especially for policies that are in cache): see MSDN for more help...
