How to shut down windows XP automatically?

Hi,
Does anyone know how to make a Windows XP machine shutdown after not being logged into for a determined amount of time? Anyone have any idea?

Any and all suggestions are welcome.

In the Control Panel go to Scheduled Tasks launch the wizard and where it gives you the option to browse go to C:\windows\system32 for the name of the file you can use the shutdown executable as mentioned above and schedule it to run whenever you want.
