    Computer freeze with blue screen

I recently purchased the following configuration:

    Q9400
    P5Q
    Caviar Blue
    H4850 GSE
    2 x 2GB GSKILL PC6400
Antec case Sonota III (with 500W power supply)
    OS: Windows XP 32

I am all satisfied! Games run so well. But I have a small random bug: computer freeze (image + sound) or blue screen from time to time! It's pretty frustrating. The error indicated in the blue screen is: IRQ NOT LESS OR EQUAL stop 0x0000000A. After a cleaning of the drivers always PC freeze. For the moment against more blue screen.

This may come from memory and the problem of compatibility between Gskill and P5Q? I have for the moment very little track, what is it that I test and in what order? I'd rather focus my problem to:

    - Format + reinstall
    - Test the memory slots on the motherboard (I move my Gskill to other slot)
    - Do not put in my dual channel Gskill
    - See if memory is not corrupted
    - To test the graphics card (but then how?)
    - HD defective?
    etc ...

If someone has already experienced this type of problem,

Did you tried memory test with memtest86+ (or download UBCD, it is above).

Your bios is up to date?

Yes indeed I have seen on the net that there was a good chance that this is the memory that is in question but I have not found the same sequence referenced error. I will try memtest

Otherwise yes I have updated my bios it would have been too good. Moreover my bios, I used Asus Update to the latest BIOS on the Asus site. But I read somewhere that the version that was proposed borked? possible?

It is possible that it does not happen often. But on the Asus site you must have previous versions, they do not provide a version.

Try especially the memtest86 + test
