VAIO Disc Recovery Error

Hi All!

Here i have a SONY Desktop. In this computer i have done lots of crap in it, & decided to get back to the system what i got on the period of i had buy it!

But the problem was that i had lost the recovery CD, but my friend was having a Windows XP Pro Booting CD with him & decided to install it. Instead i now had two windows installed in it Showing: XP HOME & Pro edition in it.

I am using Sony VAIO Model No. PCV-RZ20.

Try getting the Recovery CD back from the Sony.

I ordered the CD from the Sony.

But after ordering the Disc i had an other problem saying "Disk Accessense Operation failed". Then it said "the recovery process incomplete. Your system may not operate properly". & Then when the computer starts up it says "Error loading operating system".

Now what should i do?? The Desktop is completely worthless to me now, please help me fix what I have done!!

Now you will be in need to delete all the partitions & start it from the first. Your friend was having the Win XP boot CD Right. Get it from him. Then go to bios setting pressing F2 or DEL button on the first screen you see on the screen when starting the computer it will proceed you to the bios. Then change the booting frequency setting from HDD(first) to CD-ROM. then save & exit the bios. it will restart the computer & then you will be shown a screen "to boot from CD press any key. . . . ." then proceed the process as shown the instruction on the screen. This will definately solve your problem!
