Lexmark 2300 and Vista

I have a Lexmark 2300 which I used on XP. Now with Vista I can't display the screens for scanning or copying only The Solution Centre, ie changing cartridge. Have tried to re-load disc

Any ideas

Do you have correct drivers for it? XP drivers won't work on Vista..try to install the drivers from this link http://www.downloaddelivery.com/en/cpddrivers/487.html

I think you have to download the drivers for your printer which will run on the Windows vista,the earlier windows driver may not be supporting to your existing OS. Try updating your driver and let us know what error it gives...

sounds like driver issues..you need to upgrade the driver for vista

I have the same problem i have windows vista and i found driver but i install the driver and then what? i can find the icon from the lexmark 2300 instaled program

There may may be some element require to install properly for vista i had problem but some how after third time install it working now so keep trying and try with latest driver
