What is ciskwqg.exe?

Recently I get every time booting the Windows message "ciskwqg.exe may be due to an error not properly executed" or something like that!
I have no idea what a program is nowhere to find nothing about it. I hope someone has a clue!

I had tried to update the driver. The message was: It is already the latest driver software installed.

Here is the exact wording of the original error message:
"ciskwqg.exe does not work anymore.
The program is due to an issue not properly executed. The program will close and notify you if a solution is available. "

Has someone another idea or can tell me what I can do, except for a driver update?

then validates, accepts all requests for removal and post the report stp
