Have you tried the compatibility modes? (right click/properties file to launch the game).
Apart from that, no great possibility.

I really tried but it does not work for most of my games. And does it need to start the game only or also in the yard?

Just by starting the game (well, you change the properties of the shortcut once and for all).
After that, there are often games patch for solving the sake of the transition from XP to Vista.
For older games that have kept the shock from 95/98 to XP, it may be more difficult.
