Uninstall Linux From Dual Boot system

Hey all...!

I have dual boot system with , OpenGEU and Vista Ultimate. Both the OS are on separate partitions, My question is, if i remove the linux partition Grub will stop working and I won't be able to boot into Vista. Can i uninstall linux and grup partition without affecting the Vista's functionality?

I would go in to computer management and click on disk manager. If the drive that has Kubuntu on it shows up right-click on it and click format. This will erase everything on that drive. If it doesn't show up boot your computer off of your Vista Cd. When you get to the partition section delete the partition that has Kubuntu on it and format it with NTFS settings. This will also erase everything on the drive.

• Run Recovery Console

You need to get something to erase the partition that Linux is installed on (the live cd works perfectly for this). Then once that's done you need to insert your Windows cd (otherwise you'll get a grub error) and then use the recovery console to type fixmbr and don't worry about any of the warnings, then reboot.
