Error Message "Dangerously Low on System Resources"

Hi friends,

I don't know what's wrong with my PC, Everything was working fine till yesterday , but when i try to start my PC and started doing my work i got the following error message Dangerously Low on System Resources.


Can anyone fix this issue for me.

Following are my PC Configuration.

Amd 9550
Gigabyte 780 with Intel Chipset
2gb ram
300 gb HDD
9600 gt 512

Sure i will help you out with this before that may i know which application are you opening when you get the error message and which is your operating system.


Intel Dual core 2.66 Ghz
915 MSI Motherboard with Intel chipset
512 mb RAM
80gb HDD

I am getting the error message when i am trying to Word and I am using Windows XP SP 2. I have also try to reinstall Word also but still facing same issue.
