Update Windows 7 build 7000 to 7048 or clean install?

As there are already rumors about the new build of Windows 7, i have a question in mind, Can we update the windows build from 7000 to 7048 or we have to clean install the new build..?? Just a question to keep in mind... Just asked as i was too curious! Thanks in Advance...!

There were a lot of rumors but recently the new build of Window 7 i.e Build 7048 was leaked, it is already on the circulation. Ok back to the topic; I guess you will need to clean install the new windows 7 build... As the current was a beta version and the new build would be a bug free... Let hope for the best... All we can do is just wait and watch what Microsoft provides...!

Its been heard that you would be able to upgrade from beta to 7048 RTM build... But i recommend to clean-install windows 7 build 7048... In case you want no problems later... Some programs might not work properly with the upgraded operating system... Who knows?

Hello people...!

Its true that you can update your build to 7048 from build 7000 but the problem is : there are 48 software patches if you want to upgrade... And i think its a bad idea to upgrade...! So now do you think you want to update your windows build when its out? or planning to clean install already?
