Windows XP Setup does not go beyond 30% of copying files

| Windows XP Setup does not go beyond 30% of copying files I had a very slow running Windows XP, so i decided to clean install XP. When i boot the computer from Windows XP bootable CD and try to setup, while copying files it doesn't go beyond 30% and hangs, sometimes it restarts. Please help!  |

Hey! Might be your CD is not functioning properly... Try changing the CD and even CD ROM. Then try to install... If this doesn't work, Post Back! All the best! |

Check your RAM, may your RAM has error locations... This causes sudden hangs and restarts of the computer... Power supply may be not working too... chaeck that too.... Check everything one by one! All the best! |

Hey! Thanks for showing so much of courtesy... But guys! My hard disk has died...! I have to give it for replacement now... Its still under warranty... Thanks anyways! |
