| Re: MSUS Error 0x80190194
Hello , This problem might have occurs because the SUS Synchronization service does not retry proxy connection requests if the proxy server does not send a "Proxy Authentication Required" error message. Although the proxy credentials are set, the SUS Synchronization service first tries to use an anonymous request. When the call fails with the "Proxy Authentication Required" error message, the service submits the proxy credentials. Otherwise, the SUS ynchronization service does not submit the proxy credentials. |

If you have specified a proxy in the SUS settings page, SUS will still attempt a direct access first, but then should revert to the specified proxy if it can't do a direct connection. This doesn't happen if you're using autoproxy detection. This design is being re-evaluated for the next version, but it's slightly odd that you're not able to sync unless you remove the DNS entries. I'd like to forward the netmon sniffs of the failed syncs and the other information that I'd requested to the developers if you have them. Remove the "online" from my email address to send them to me directly, |

| Re: MSUS Error 0x80190194
Hello , This is because the AU client performed a check for driver updates on the SUS server. Since SUS does not synchronize driver updates the /autoupdatedrivers directory doesn’t exist and the server returned an HTTP Status Code 404. |
