    System requirements

    32-bit : 1-gigahertz (GHz) 32-bit (x86) processor or 64-bit (x64) processor, 512 MB of RAM.

    64-bit versions : 1-GHz 64-bit (x64) processor, 1 GB of RAM (4 GB recommended).

The difference is 32 bits. Make sure you have a 64 bit processor and all the drivers you need or 64 bit might be a pain.
