I have Windows Vista Ultimate 32-bit but it's OEM, i'm bit confused, Should install an Ultimate 64-bit or I can 32-bit? which one id good or better for me?

A 32bit is limited to 4GB so if your planning to go with more than 4GB of ram then you will need a 64bit OS. But the downside is like what you have mentioned some programs only run on 32bit.
If your planning to go with 64bit then just be prepared to take the risk as if a program does not with 64bit, then it does not work with 64bit.
Check to make sure that the hardware and software you want to use with it is compatible. You'll find that most of the hardware devices and software programs you use today will work well with 64-bit editions of Windows Vista.
The 32bit version is slower because it's not being run in its native environment. Try running the 32bit exe in an actual 32bit installation of Vista, there is no difference vs 64bit, and the 32bit is actually a bit faster...
If that where the case, all 32-bit games would be much slower on 64-bit Vista compared to 32-bit Vista.
