Programs in Add Remove has disappeared from control panel

Add Remove in the control panel have been disappeared. I do not find my programs anymore.
I have made scanning and it assures to me that it was not a virus, but has not found null,
how I make to restore them?

Hi,

Follow the below steps:

• Go to Start\Run and type in "Control.exe Sysdm.cpl" and press Enter. The System Properties window should appear.
• If nothing happens, do a Find for Control.Exe, if you do find it then open Windows Explorer and look in the windows folder for the file 'Control.Ini', it will say Configuration Settings for the file type.
• Right click on this file and choose Rename, and give the name Control.Old, then reboot.
• If you do not Find Control.Exe, use the System File Checker [Sfc.Exe] to replace it from the windows setup files.
