I wanted to create the DVD with the Multiple live OS on it this is not to keep the number of OS CD while booting a computer system, so can anyone suggest whether this is possible and if possible how to do that?

Yes, This is possible you can do this, you just need to add the Multiple OS images on your DVD drive, while rebooting your system you need to have a software which could run the ISO file such as Daemon tools.

Create a boot ISO image with Acronis.
Create a system backup to the HDD (*.tib).
Open the boot ISO image with a program like MagicISO (any ISO editor will do), import the *.tib file into the ISO image and save.
Burn the ISO onto a DVD. The DVD should be bootable.
To automate the image (*.tib) restoration, I think you'll need a script file.
