Drivers for Multiple OS XP 32, Vista 64

    Hello everyone,

I went over 6GB of ram ,So I opted for Vista 64 bit OS.
Just wanting to keep some software not working under XP I installed a 32 bit. I therefore operates in multi OS.

    My questions:
My motherboard Gigabyte P35-DS4 supports different drivers for the raid SATAII function of XP 32 bit or 64 bit vista.
My graphics card NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS as well.

Should I install both types of driver starting in the respective OS or can I install only the drivers vista 64 bit for example?

The same applies to software that work with a different version in vista 64bit, should install a version of XP and another 32 under vista 64 bit?

Thank you in advance for your answers!

i think there is no matter with mobo as you are using XP 32 and vista 64 bit each OS must have its own drivers and its own applications ...

actually by making 32 and 64 bit combination you made system unstable .In addition to avoid the juggling mulitboot, it would be a good thing to go through the virtualization of your 32-bit OS

as you mixed up such way some application may create some problem your graphics card performance will differ but small amount .This is not the best but in MS Virtual PC you would be suitable for your use.
