NVidia 181.22 Doesn't Install in Vista SP1 error Code 43

I have a GTX295 which is working on Vista SP1 recently i Changed mobo and installed VIsta SP1 there i try to installed Nvidia 181.22 but it doesn't install. it shows error Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43).please any one can tell me what is wrong ?? thank you .

You know what also really sucks. 800x600.I just tried to update my Nvidia Drivers from 17x.xx to 181.20 on my Win Vista 32bit system and my video card, AGP XFX GeForce 7600 DDR3 Dual DVI TV, comes up with a similar error Code 43. Unfortunately nvidia is really losing it. this bug is still not fixed.
I have tried to uninstall and reinstall. No Manual install through the Device Manager. No Check for solutions of course doesn't bring up any solutions.

Install the driver -> you'll notice that one GPU installs. Now go to the device manager.

Manually removed the unknown device (un-install) in device manager, then hit the refresh button then the 2nd GPU is properly detected as 295, and after installing restart. This works on my end.

Worst case scenario is reinstalling a clean Vista.
