Blue Screen STOP: 0x000000D1 in Windows 7

Hello everyone ..

win 7 installed on my PC today, that turning everything perfect, but it gives blue screen with error often accusing the file and tdx.sys code 0x000000D1

the motherboard used is P5LD2-X/1333 (Asus), the win acknowledged all drivers except the network (Atheros L2) and just getting the CD
the MB, installed it no problems

What can be causing this error?

I installed the AVG 8 Free !
beyond antivirus, installed Office 2007, MSN 9, MSN Plus (latest version), Skype 4.0, Adobe Reader 9 .. I think it was only

Is Real Player Alternative?

Installed on my windows and often had blue screen .. after uninstall it did had anymore.

problem solved!

uninstall AVG and stop stop, download a more updated version, installed and so far no errors, runs 100%
