Error PFN_LIST_Corrupt with Blue Screen

Hi,

When booting my PC I get more and more a blues screen. The last message shows this error "PFN_LIST_CORRUPT". Sometimes, however, comes not only stop Accurate reporting and zeros. -Off has on the Windows blue screen complaining about AVGNTDD.SYS but such file does not exist. In addition, a hum in the speakers when the problem occurs (not always)

Have no new programs installed and no new component. Have no tuning or the like made in the AL.

My system:
Athlon 1400
EPoX 8KHA +
512 DDRAM
GeForce4 MX 440
FP one with 2 partitions, network card, CD burner, Sound Blaster PCI 128

Any ideas?

Re: PFN_LIST_Corrupt Blue Screen

It occurs due to :

1) Incompatible drivers.
What it is, could you possibly find out if you have the entire text of such a message post.

2) RAM.
If you receive this error message randomly, or when you try to start a program, remove extra memory or have the random access memory (RAM) in your computer tested. This behavior may occur if you have bad RAM.
