Error Message:Microsoft Outlook could not access the specified folder

Hi friends,

I am facing an issue with my Outlook 2007, whenever I am trying to move a mail to an specific folder i am getting an error message as Outlook could not access the specified folder.I don't know what's wrong with my Outlook Can anyone help me to fix the issue.

Following are my PC Configuration:-

Amd 9550
gigabyte 780 with Intel Chipset
2gb ram
300 gb HDD
9600 gt 512

Sure i will help you out with this issue try to follow the below steps and it would work for you:-

1. Start Exchange System Manager, and then locate the database you want to have full mailbox access to.
   
2. Open the properties of this object, and then click the Security tab.
   
3. Grant your account full explicit permissions on the object, including Receive As permissions.

It seems that you have not got full access for granting full access follow this steps:-


Before doing this check that you must have the appropriate Exchange administrative permissions to do so.

1. Start Active Directory Users and Computers.
   
2. Click on the View menu, ensure that the Advanced Features check box is
3. selected.
   
4. Now Double-click the user whose mailbox you want to give permissions to.
   
5. Click on the Exchange Advanced tab, click Mailbox Rights.
   
6. Click on Add, click the user or group who you want to have access to this
7. mailbox, and then click OK.
   
8. Make sure that the user or group is selected in the Name box. In the
9. Permissions list, click Allow next to Full Access, and then click OK.
