bluetooth btballoon.dll & bttray missing of keyboard

I am using Iball bluetooth keyboard and mouse, which was working perfectly. Then I got a message from Iball to download the latest updates of driver. Since I've done it, I am not able to connect other bluetoooth devices to my configuration. I keep on getting this message: "unable to locate btballoon.dll.
    & bttray not found"
I have tried uninstalling the software and installing it again, but it doesn't fix my problem so does anybody know how to fix it?

Have you contacted the manufactuer of the dongle? They should be able to help if they are any good.

What operating system are you using?
Have you reloaded the software for that device?

The BTTRAY is the bluetooth tray only and should not interfere with normal operations.

Its true that the device you are trying to use should have its own driver and normally comes with the device.

Did you not get one with yours?

You can also disable the program that is causing the error:

To disable this function follow these steps:
    -click "Start"
-type "msconfig" into the search bar.
    -click the "Startup" tab
-scroll down to and uncheck "Bluetooth Software" (Manufacturer name; Command C:\Progra~1\Iball\Blueto~1\Bttray.exe)
    -Restart your system

You must have got a drivers CD with your bluetooth dongle, else try searching for dll file on the net or if you could wait a little longer like till tomorrow, if i get time i will upload driver cd contents for you and then can download them.

You can also try to uninstall Service Pack 2 of windows xp and everything will be working fine.
