Unable to access C drive

Hello Friends

I'm not able to access my C drive on my computer. An alert pops up get generated whenever i go to the Start menu for C drive. This is the error message i get Windows cannot find 'RECYCLER\S-8-5-43-100027387-100011218-100032635-5845.com'. But i can access it, by using " Explore" but unable to open through my computers. Does any one have any idea about it?

Hey create a shortcut for your C drive. Use explore then right click on C drive and try to drag it over the Start Menu. Then go tour left side and click on "Create Shortcut" Hope so it may help you out.

Go to your Tools Menu, click on Folder Option and untick "hide protected operating system files" and make it set to "view hidden files". Now try to delete any autorun. * files in the C drive. Also check out for other suspicious files and delete them. Don't delete any critical file in the C drive which may not allow your pc to reboot.

Hey try to do a virus scan on your pc, it seems to be that your pc has been affected by viruses. Use any updated antivirus software for performing a virus scan on your pc.
