Not able to open sites/Update antivirus

Hi
I am not able to open certain site such as ***
which is Spybot-S&D!
also i have installed almost antivirus software (norton,mcafee ,nod32 ,kaspersky ) and tried to update them but it says can not updat check ur connection but my net is working i am able to open other site...same situation with antispyware also (Spyware Doctor)

wht is the problem & solution ?

and ha when i open my antivirus software it is NOT scanning my FILE...protection is ON...still......i tried all antivirus software............

Check the filter levels on your firewall and AV.

You can try this:
Click Start -> Run -> type in cmd and at the black command screen type in ipconfig /flushdns
and/or try:
Start -> Run -> type in regsvr32 urlmon.dll
Click OK

You might also try to empty your Temporary Internet Files folder:
Open IE -> Click Tools -> Select Internet Options -> Click the General tab -> Click the Delete Files button -> When the box opens, put a check in Delete All Offline Content -> Click OK.

You have a trojan that is disabling your security software. So you need to get it out First step is to download Malwarebytes. You may have to download it in safe mode. You will also have to download SuperAntiSpyware. Install Malwarebtys and update it. Run a full scan in safe mode. The do the same with SuperAntiSpyware. Delete everything they find. Then if able download Avast uninstall avg and install avast to a full scan. You should be good after that.
