Post your Windows 7 performance index

Welcome to all windows 7 users.
I created this topic so that everyone (users of Windows 7) to post their score, their performance index so we can compare and see if your score is normal.

Windows 7 configuration for maximum 7.9 performance index

    Hello,

In fact, I'm only 5.8 for the disk drive that is 7200 RPM. Under Vista with the same configuration, but with a hard drive 10,000 RPM,5.9. It does not give me 6.0, because I have a dual-core !!!!!

For Windows 7, here is the configuration for 7.9 (maximum):

    • A processor with eight cores
    • about 8 GB of DDR3
    • A graphics card for more than 50 frames per second in the definitions above 1280 x 1024 in most DirectX 10 games as an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 280 or ATI Radeon HD 4870
    • a storage flash memory (SSD)

    Laughing, I love Win7

You can check the computer spec out here: (Position 18 - Darren):

I have two GTX295's (not overclocked but the Quad SLI doesn't seem to make a difference) - both 7.9 and the drives are: 2 x Intel SSD and 5xWD in Raid 5. The memory is Corsair DDR3 @ 1600MHZ (Clocked up from stock) and the CPU is clocked at 3.8 from 2.4 using the brilliant ASUS Rampage extreme II.

    HI,

I have also recently installed Windows 7 on my system, but it just has 3-4 completed successful, but I had some issues regarding with it, I think to run the windows 7 the user need to have atleast 1 GB ram with the good system configuration.

    Hi, nice idea.

I'm using the Samsung R580, I'll do my real PC tonight, pretty strange for the desktop performance to be so far below the 3D performance!
