How to block free software on drive C:

    Hello everyone!
Although it seems a bit stupid, I intend to make this partition inaccessible because it is on a rack SATA / USB 2.5. It is also supported by a Linux partition and still another NTFS data.

So in fact, what I'd like to avoid is the spread of malware and other unauthorized access if I were to use my hard drive on a public computer. By limiting access and write to a single account that is mine, and thus outright block any other administrator account, whether in safe mode, or limited accounts. Thank you

Why block from the entire drive? If you don't want any of the other user's looking at certain docs, then put them in a folder and set the permmisons only on that folder.

Deny the entire drive and windows will stop working, no access to the swap file, no access to the print spooler, etc. etc. etc.

in fact your OS to your access to any SD and malware as well. in fact a virus, spyware, etc ... has access to your OS ...
therefore the only solution is to partition your HD: OS partition and data partition.
only your OS is infected ... rarely your data .. (and again)
but it is useless, without OS you can access your data.
    Conclusion:
A good antivirus, antispyware and a good sound to navigate on the web.

In fact, I forgot to say that the C: I want to block that contains an OS that is Windows XP.
But if not the basic so, I separate the data and OS:
Sda1: WinXP (seen as C: / once booted it) <- Stuck on public computers
    Sda2: Linux <- Protected by ext3
    Sda3: Data <- Freely modifiable

In fact, it's not just malware that I want to avoid, there are also intrusions made by those who manage to bypass the firewall and do what they want, knowing that firewall software is easily crossed. And then knowing the security of public computers (which usually run TrendMicro Office Scan) ...
