A Ghost image is not bootable (although the question of saying anything) We must start on a third party who has access to the ghost image file and the destination disk. you should use recovery cd to boot into system. hope it will help you
sorry , if you have not created that norton ghost images then you will not be able to boot from I used Bart's method to create a bootable CD. I used sysprep to prepare an installation of Windows 2003 ENT server. I booted successfully using Bart's coprmb CD and created a ghost image of my installation of Windows 2003 before the reboot of the Win2K3 (after the shutdown initiated by sysprep). I use the option in Ghost to make the image CD bootable.
ALMost all version of symantec Ghost would allow you to write your pc directly to bootable CD or DVD media. I use Ghost 2003 and do this often. I believe that Ghost 9.0 has this feature as well.Run Ghost Explorer and load your image into it. Click on View, Options and select how large you want the split image files to be. Then click on File, Compile and it will recompile the full image into several smaller image files.
