Missing SKU011.cab

Hello Friends

I'm facing a problem while opening Excel 2003 on my computer. When i try to open Excel 2003 a dialog box appears on the screen stating that SKU011.cab not found. Can any one tell me what is SKU011.cab? Can any one help me, how can i resolve this issue?

Insert your Office disk in your CD-ROM, go to add remove programs and click on change while selecting microfsoft office. now select the repair option. This will surely help you...!

Its only happens when you have more than two user accounts on your operating system. For example WINDOWS XP. If you have created say 2 COMPUTER ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNTS and 1 LIMITED ACCOUNT. You may not find the error on both COMPUTER ADMINISTRATOR LOGINS, but may find the error on LIMITED ACCOUNT LOGIN. In some cases only one ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT is bug free. If these are the symptoms leading to the error on your system please mention the number of logins your operating system has to assist you with further solution.

You can try out this:-

Click on Start--> Select Run--> Then type Regedit and press on Ok tab. Then select "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE " when a dialog box appears on your screen. In that select HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> Software -> Microsoft -> Office -> 11.0 -> Then select Delivery. You should have this key 90000409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0150048383C9 and clik on it and (at the right of your screen), right clik on CDCache key.And type 0 as new value.

You can also try out doing System Restore on your system. Click on Start Menu Select Programs--> In that Accessories--> Then System Tools--> And click on System Restore. Then select restored my system to the last restore point date and you will see that your sku011.cab would be back and function again.
