Disable unnecessary services in Windows XP SP2

Hello
When you start Windows many services start automatically (sometimes useless). In order not to mistake could you please give me the list of services to be in service: Automatic, Manual or disabled.

Difficult to give you a list, depending on your needs, but knows that if you disable all unnecessary services for the proper functioning of the system, it can make you win 50 Mb RAM max.

You can disable without worry:

• Remote access to the registry.
• IIS Administration.
• Messenger. Especially this one.
• TCP / IP NetBIOS
• Smart card.
• WMI card performance.
• Manager of the album.
• Remote Desktop Sharing NetMeeting.
• Telnet.

There are those of others but I do not know the use of your PC. If you 're not sure about the setting, the service "manual" which allows Windows to run as if you need.
