Windows XP does not start Regedit

Hello,
My computer can not start as safe as they begin to give way to secure start uploading (They are the commands or lines of code used to load) to finish this is the black screen with a line and then it was reboot the machine, and it can not go to regedit and I was off the Tools menu item that says "Folder Options"

Is the cause of a virus. log in as administrator.download kasperksy, you can download from its website. then you can also download the update files. scan your pc and remove the corrupted files and restart the system.
