Bootmgr missing in Windows Vista

Hi friends,
I am facing an issue with my Computer.After coming back from my Business Tour i Started my Computer .When i started my Pc i am getting an error message as Bootmgr Missing.Can anyone tell me what procedure i need to follow. I am using Windows XP SP2 as my Operating System.

I was also facing the same issue i tried to do the following things it worked for me:-

1. You need to place the operating system disc into the drive and boot from it.
   
2. Once it loads the files, you will get a window that has options. Click "Repair my Computer".
   
3. Now you to restart the machine and it should repair the boot manager for you.
