Download linux from their respective home page. as it is an open source operating system, its free to download! not all versions are free, have a look:

Hey! thanks a lot! i want to try it out. i've heard that the base of the operating system or the kernel is different. some run rpm package as installer, some run deb, some run only tar.gz archive. i'm not sure, but will try my hands on them! thanks again!
