    "3rd parity program means" Program means any outside application apart from the manufacturer of your OS. Like here, it means, Any tool that is not made by Microsoft. At this place you can go with "Recover Data for Windows". It is a tool that will help you to recover your formatted data. You can download it from here.

    You open your search bar and search this drive. This is doned.

    I have windows 7 on my pc, when I save any file that file creates problem while opening in another window. Does anybody help me.

    What is the problem you getting while opening it in new window ?

    Also which file is you taking about ? Is it Notepad, office file, video, mp3, etc... ?
