Sure you need to follow few steps.
    1. Goto start- - > Run.
    2. Type msconfig.
    3. On the start up tab uncheck the line that loads cdaengine0400.dll.
    4. Click on Apply and OK.
    5. Restart your Pc and you won’t get the error message.
