Runtime Error 216 at Address

As i have mention above i am getting an error message as "Runtime error 216 at address". Whenever i am start to open Internet Explorer or windows i get the error message.If anyone can help me out i would really appreciate the person.

Your getting this error message because your windows is got infected by virus.To solve this issue try to update the antivirus and it will remove this error message.
