Windows hanging on turning it off

Hi,

I am having this problem.
When I shut down my computer it goes to the blue screen where it says "windows is shutting down" and it stays like that for a couple of minutes. Then the following messages appear very quickly:
"Machine group policies finished." and
"Stopping Windows File Protection...".
Only after this my PC shuts down normally and turns off, all this procedure takes total of about 4-5 minutes.

Make sure that your system is clean from malware/spyware.
Search on Google for and use the program mem test to make sure that you have no memory issues.

I think,
its the issue of virus only,
update your antivirus software and scan your computer properly.
This will surly help you.
