Stucked on Welcome Screen on Windows XP

Sometimes when I reboot my PC, load it and stuck it on the screen "Welcome". My mouse works, my keyboard also apparently seen that I can press the Num Lock light and extinguish. But it will not go further. I must turn off my pc and turn it back, it starts normally exceeds the screen and "Welcome". I do not understand what to do.. hence any suggestions are welcomed.

I too have the same concern on my laptop. It is messing around 1 in 5 or so. Mouse and keyboard are moving but I get stuck on the screen "Welcome". If you have any answers for it then please leave a comment or two. And I dont want to format my pc again. thank you

Do you get any error message? What is the rest of the spec of your computer?
