Problem of integration into OpenLDAP 2.3

salvation I did an internship which consists of installing and configuring OpenLDAP on Red Hat Enterprise 4
I openldap 2.3 and install it well

But the problem when I put in the database directory it I see this message: ldap_bind: Invalid credentials (49)

the command: ldapadd init.ldif-f-xv-D "cn = admin, dc = example, dc = com"-w-h localhost test

and when I did slapd-t / etc / openldap / slapd.conf and I see: config file succeded testing
what is my problem, I can find no solution and thank you
