startup problems with windows XP

Since a few days I have problems with the boot. The PC and I started to get a second to see the desktop and then follows a strange light blue screen with strange-like cubes and after ten seconds is the picture to black. Further work is therefore nothing more like "crtl alt del" for example. The only way is a hard reset. I can boot into VGA mode and can therefore adjust the screen again. The PC seems apparently to function normally again. I've looked at eventvieuwer but found no errors.

When I do find fault log errors related to DCOM as "DCOM got error"% 1084 "at the start of the Event System service with the arguments to the server (1BE1F766-5536-11D1-B726-00C to start 04FB926AF) . And this "DCOM got error"% 1084 "at the start of the stisvc.exe service with the arguments''to the server (A1F4E726-8CF1-11D1-BF92-006) 0081ED811 to start.

I have already get scaned for viruses and reg cleaner used but so far no result
Someone an idea?

The fact that you can do VGA mode boot means that your problem is probably somewhere high in the graphics driver located.
Make sure your driver on hand for reinstallation, remove the current driver (usually via Software in Control Panel), restart the PC and install the driver software.
