McScript_InUse.exe in use shows 100% CPU usage

Hi, i am facing performance problem with mcscript_inuse.exe in use
In the performance tab, I am at 100% cpu usage. In this time you can't start another application or type a letter with word.

Does anyone know how to speed up performance when mcscript is running?
It thought about changing policies in common default protection to allow changing McAfee Files and Scan modules.

    thanks in advance

Your antivirus software is the problem, as you mentioned. why dont you remove it for a while and see what happens.?

If i uninstall the antivirus software i would be left with no virus protection. Maybe that would decrease my cpu usage. Would it be smart to do that ? or should i figure a way to fix it ?

I uninstall mcafee virus and installed AVG and using windows firewall. my cpu usage is dropped to 12-15%.
