Windows Vista-based or Windows Server 2008-based computer stop responding during a storage stress test

Hi, I have a computer that is running Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008. However, the computer may stop responding (hang) under certain conditions. For example, the computer may stop responding during a storage stress test or under similar conditions. When this issue occurs, you have to restart the computer.

thanks in advance for any help

To request the hotfix package that applies to both Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008, just select the product that is listed on the page.
