Hello

Which browser do you use? FireFox ? FireFox? IE ? IE? autre ? other?
If this is IE, you may be a small bar alert telling you that this page requires the authorization of launching a third-party programs (here Active X) and that you activate manually .
If it is FF, try to see at its modules if you can find something equivalent (bizar for FF ..)
I have IE. And I have the little bar warning that says the page requires the installation of Active X. But it does not. But in fact I found the why of how! I'm using Internet Explorer 64-bit and I learned that Adobe Flash Player does not work in 64 bits. Now I use Internet Explorer 32-bit and then it works. Problème résolu! Problem solved!
happy for you ^ ^
