Startup problem - Viewing office

Hello, I am currently in Safe Mode. In normal mode the PC slows to boot just when "WELCOME" screen appears and after a long time it displays the screen but nothing happens, the office does not appear. A week ago, I managed with your help to get rid of a malware, and since the PC had a tendency to slow to start up and offer me the kind of problems printing service still inactive at each startup, I was forced to activate each time to print. In short I find myself with my screen, right click does nothing, ctrl alt delete either. So if anyone can help that would be great, Thanks

the easy for you is to backup your files and then you reinstall an operating system, brand new.

thank you but I dont want to do it now. Isn't there a solution "less easy"?

Please mention the OS. Try to stop unwanted services from startup.

Start - Run - msconfig - Services / Hide microsoft services and stop all the unwanted

- msconfig / startup - uncheck , all the unwanted startup programs.

- deleted all temp / system temp files start - run - temp and %temp%

Try this before reinstalling the OS
